Pai Law Offices was founded in New Jersey in 2012.  It is currently headquartered in Michigan. We provide legal services to clients in all U.S. states and around the world. Our team is committed to serving our clients with professionalism, compassion, conscience, and considerateness. We uphold the principles of integrity, fairness and respect in our interactions with others while stand firm on our position to defend, protect, and fight for our clients' best interests.

In the US, regardless where they are licensed, lawyers can handle almost all cases involving international law and federal laws, including such as Immigration Law, Maritime Law, Intellectual Property Law, and International Trade Law, as well as cases involving parties from different states or federal government.

Whereas, for state-law related matters, lawyers can only take cases if they are licensed in the state(s) where either or both parties reside or where the dispute occurs.  Such matters include Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, Wills & Trusts, and those that are not governed by federal laws and not fall into federal jurisdiction.  For matters relating to state laws, we therefore are able to assist you only if you and/or the matter concerned occur in either Michigan, New Jersey, and Washington DC.  Even so, we might be able to refer you to other law firms or attorneys for further assistance.  Therefore, you are more than welcome to give us a call to see if we can assist you in any way.
