Alice M. Pai Managing Attorney

Alice Pai is a multilingual attorney. With years of U.S. and international legal experience, she has been assisting individuals and companies to successfully manage legal risks, minimize damages, and resolve highly complex legal issues in the U.S. and abroad.

Other than her private law practice, she served as the general counsel of several U.S. companies. She was also the global lead counsel of a China Fortune 500, Hong Kong listed, multinational corporation and the board member of several corporations.
