Alice Pai is a multilingual attorney. With years of U.S. and international legal experience, she has been assisting individuals and companies to successfully prevent legal risks, minimize damages, and resolve highly complex legal issues in the U.S. and abroad.
Other than her private law practice, she served as the general counsel of several U.S. companies. She was also the global lead counsel of a China Fortune 500, Hong Kong listed, multinational corporation and the board member of several corporations.
She received her Juris Doctorate degree in International Law from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, her Master of Arts (Maîtrise) degree in Political Science and Jurisprudence from University of Paris VIII, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Davis with double major in International Relations and French.
